Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was required to take six years away from the stage after she received her Pro card to complete the college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals every year. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competition to finish her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished at third. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and came home with sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite not having any expectations. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull downs. First, she warms up and then moves on to her working sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way possible. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
